Our rental agreements range from 24 to 60 months in length. This allows us to offer the lowest possible monthly payment for your water purification system, while still being flexible to your specific needs.
The rental agreement includes maintenance and support on equipment and installation. Pure Water Guys will be responsible for parts and part replacement, and any necessary maintenance and support of the equipment. If any item fails as a result of defect, Pure Water Guys will replace the part or item with a like item at no additional cost to the client, with the exception of consumable filters.
Consumable filters will be replaced by Pure Water Guys as needed, and we'll only invoice you for the cost of the filters. Filter Service can be added on for an additional fee.
Our equipment is covered under warranty for the life of the rental agreement. If we can't repair your equipment, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Installation cost is typically included with your equipment rental.
We have insurance, but you should too. Your machine should be covered by your building insurance in case of fire or flood.
