WHAT SHOULD WE DO IF OUR HOT WATER STOPPED WORKING?

1. Make sure system is plugged in.
2. Make sure the water source has not been shut off.
3. Make sure water in tank isn't empty. Remember the Cold Tank only holds so many gallons to keep it fresh and moving. When multiple fill up the system needs time to replenish. Wait 30-40 mins for the tank to completely refill. If the water still is not working please give us a call so we can get a technician out.
